Pottery Returns to Sanctuary Point for 2026
Pottery Returns to Sanctuary Point Next Week
After a little break over Christmas and New Year, Bay & Basin Bush Potters is excited to be returning to the studio from Monday 12th January, and we can’t wait to get our hands back into the clay together.
Our relaxed weekly pottery sessions run every Monday from 9:30am until around 2pm at the Sanctuary Point Community Arts Cottage, bringing together locals from across the Shoalhaven, St Georges Basin and Jervis Bay region who enjoy pottery, ceramics, creativity and community connection.
Whether you’re an existing member, someone thinking about rejoining, or completely new to pottery, this is a great time to come along and see what our group is all about.
We’re a volunteer-run community pottery group with a mix of experience levels, from beginners trying clay for the first time through to experienced potters working on wheel throwing, hand building, glazing and ceramic projects.
One of the things members love most about Bay & Basin Bush Potters is the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There’s always plenty of learning, sharing, laughs and encouragement around the studio table.
